What is the warranty?
All products purchased through Dive Rite Mexico are backed by the branded manufacturer limited warranty. Warranties may vary by brand and type of product. You can consult the manufacturer’s website and user manual of the product for specific details. Warranty service usually requires return the product to Dive Rite Mexico or the branded manufacturer.
What is your return and refund policy?
Buscamos su completa satisfacción y tenemos una política de devoluciones. Si algún artículo que compras en Dive Rite México tiene un defecto de tela, puedes devolverlo; a excepción de los artículos identificados en la descripción del producto como no retornables. El precio de compra del producto devuelto sin usar dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la fecha de entrega se reembolsará al comprador original en la misma forma que el método de pago del pedido. Para mercancías devueltas en cualquier otra condición o después de un mes, el comprador recibirá crédito por mercancía de la tienda. Te recomendamos contactar con nosotros antes de realizar una devolución porque en muchos casos podemos resolver tus dudas sin devolución.
Can the “Ship To” address be different than the “Bill To” address?
Yes, your order can be shipped to an address other than your billing address by selecting checking out, entering your information will provide you the opportunity to manually enter any alternative “Ship To” address during the checkout process.
How do I cancel my order?
If you have not yet received notification that your order has shipped, we usually can succeed in cancelling your order before it leaves our store. You can just reply to the order confirmation e-mail you received with your request. You can also send your request via our Contact Us page or write an email to info@diveritemexico.mx
Can I pick up my order at your location (Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo)?
Yes, you can place an order for in-store pickup up to 30 days before your requested pickup date. Use our shopping cart as usual to create your order and enter our store address in your PayPal account. Visit our Contact Us page for more information about our location.
What is the cost of shipping?
The easiest way to determine our shipping costs is to add your items to the shopping cart, select “Estimate Shipping,” and then enter your shipping address to view all available shipping options and their costs. Please note that our shopping cart may sometimes be unable to accurately estimate shipping costs for certain large or heavy packages.
