The CX2 handheld light has been completely redesigned to provide incredible power and versatility for all of your underwater adventures. The Luminous SST40 LED paired with a smooth reflector produces an impressive 1700 lumens at max output in a crisp and usable 8-degree, fixed focus beam. Powerful enough for the most demanding technical divers with a sleek ergonomic design and compact size ideal for travel.

The single head-mounted push button provides a simple and intuitive user interface. Quickly toggle through four power levels plus a strobe mode. The button is also illuminated with a color LED indicating the level of battery charge, so you’ll never have any surprises.

The CX2 is powered by an (included) high quality, user-replaceable 5000 mAh 21700 battery providing up to 2.75 hours of burn time on high. Alternatively, a battery adapter sleeve included with the light allows it to use any protected 18650 batteries that you may already own.

Using your corded or handheld primary light for underwater video? If so, then you’ll want to add a light diffuser to your video equipment bag. The video light diffuser widens the beam angle of light, which prevents hotspots and evenly distributes light across your subject. It also helps to reduce shadows, allows for better contrast, and stops the overpowering of light in any one area. Using the video diffuser allows you to take better video with little added expense.

The Video Diffuser for Primary Lights is compatible with current LX20, HP50, and EX35 lights. It also works with most of Dive Rite’s older fixed focus lights, including the RX and MR11 series.

This video diffuser can easily be attached and removed underwater and stays secured to your light with the provided lanyard.
